If you are a fan of scary movies then you must see “The Nun.” “The Nun” is the fifth film in the “conjuring” series that blends historical content and fiction into one scary product. The film takes place in Romania during 1952. The movie has made the “conjuring” series reach over $200 million worldwide, making the series the 7th most-popular horror movie series. Colin Hardy (director of “The Nun”) relies on pop-out scenes, a creepy setting, and suspenseful music to create the perfect edge-of-your-seat-the-whole-time movie. Unfortunately, the movie was pulled from Ads on YouTube for being “too scary,” but the fear felt in those five seconds before you could hit skip was hard to match during the full-length feature film. The movie provides background knowledge for the older “conjuring” movies, showing scenes from them to appeal to new viewers of the series. My advice: grab some popcorn and see “The Nun!”
