Peace, Love, and Paper Cranes

International Day of Peace at MSDA!

On Tuesday,the Mount participated in making 1,000 origami cranes to be strung along the hallways. International Day of Peace is celebrated around the world on September 21st, created by the UN to communicate the idea of world peace and nonviolence. These cranes symbolize healing, hope, global peace, and unity.
